I'm sure it goes both ways. Being unintelligent results in poverty. While stress and distraction will decrease your initiative, many are poor because they are at the low end of the intelligence spectrum. I'm not passing judgement on their worth as human beings, just realizing the facts. When I hear stories about the lives of the kids at the bottom of my high school class 35 years ago, they all ended up in poverty. |
