If the area’s unemployment is at 10% they should be using those people to do the work and then allow them to go back onto unemployment when the work is no longer needed. We shouldn’t have to outsource the jobs, if you aren’t willing to work for $20 an hour for a month or two, you shouldn’t get any unemployment benefits. As long as unemployment is over 5% the farmers should be working with state unemployment offices to get labor, not the immigration offices. |
