Usually to limit a freedom there has to be a strong state interest. One could argue that the interest in not having a smut-saturated culture is such an interest, but the courts have rejected that argument. But then somehow, the state does have an interest in making sure people wear condoms when they have sex on camera if the video is going to be distributed for profit? This makes no sense to me.
