Absolutely I had nerves. It wasn’t necessarily nerves jumping specifically from a helicopter. It was really about getting the job right. It’s not like TV or film where you can call cut and go and do it again. This was an absolute one-off opportunity to get it right. So my nerves were about everything going smoothly, going through the drill of what we practised: a smooth opening, a smooth flight and then making the landing site. Plus there’s always something strange about jumping from an aircraft, because humans don’t fly. |
